I forgot my parent PIN.

On the lock screen, after two incorrect attempts a "Forgot PIN?" link appears. Tap it, confirm the reset, and you'll create a new PIN on the next screen. Your kids' profiles and data are kept.

Is my data backed up to the cloud?

No. HassleTime stores all data on your device only. There are no accounts and nothing is sent to our servers.

How do I delete my data?

Delete the app from your device; all data is removed with it.

How do I request help or report a bug?

Email support@cypherbuilds.com with a short description of what happened and what you expected. Letting us know your iPhone model and iOS version helps us track things down faster.
